Our services are billed at $300/hr. Services are also prorated in 15-minute increments, rounding to the nearest 15 minute increment.
We do not accept insurance. As a small, disabled, LGBTQIA+, woman-owned clinic, we’ve found that accepting insurance limits our ability to provide the best care possible. However, we understand the importance of cost efficiency, especially for those managing chronic illness or disability who often meet their out-of-network deductibles. That's why we offer superbills for patients who qualify, which can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement.
A superbill is an itemized receipt of services from an out-of-network provider, like Antler Clinic, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network services. The superbill will include details like appointment type, duration, and diagnostic codes. To ensure eligibility for reimbursement, check with your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits. Keep in mind, most insurance plans require you to meet your out-of-network deductible before they offer any reimbursement, and they typically only cover a portion of what they determine the service to be worth, not necessarily what you paid.
We require a credit card to be on file at all times, and we also accept payments via Zelle. All payments are due on the day of service.
We are unable to provide emergency or crisis services outside of business hours. In case of an emergency, please contact 988, 911, or visit the nearest emergency room. For non-urgent matters, email and text are preferred, but keep in mind that these methods are not HIPAA compliant and should only be used for scheduling. For secure communication, you can message your provider through TherapyNotes

Dr. Antler is not a medical doctor. She holds a Ph.D. and is trained as a clinician-scientist with extensive experience working in medical settings. She specializes in helping patients with complex physical and mental health conditions and has a strong background in health and rehabilitation psychology.
Antler Clinic is focused on serving disabled individuals with physical health conditions and/or chronic illnesses or chronic pain, often paired with mental, neurodevelopmental, or cognitive challenges. If you've experienced medical gaslighting, neglect, or trauma or are looking for a provider who understands both the personal and professional aspects of living with disabling medical conditions, you may be a great fit for our clinic.
A chronic illness is any long-term illness or medical condition that does not have a cure and results in variable symptoms throughout the course of someone’s life. Sometimes people refer to themselves as disabled or dynamically disabled when they have a chronic illness, but other times people prefer to refer to themselves as chronically ill.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 never went away (as much as we all wanted it to). It is still rapidly spreading and it is doing the most harm to disabled and BIPOC communities. Though we are better at preventing death from acute COVID, long covid remains a substantial risk and there are still no effective treatments available for the condition while estimates of prevalence vary wildly, ranging from between 1.7 to 77.7% (https://www.thelancet.com/journals/eclinm/article/PIIS2589-5370(24)00169-X/fulltext , https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10931928/ ). Dr. Antler takes precautions to protect herself and her immunocompromised spouse from COVID which is part of the reason for her practice being entirely remote. She wears a mask when in public spaces as an act of community- and self-care. If you are interested in learning more about the spread of COVID and what you can do to protect yourself, you can find more information at https://peoplescdc.org/
Please note that submitting the form does not establish a therapeutic relationship, and Antler Clinic is not an emergency service provider. For emergencies, please contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
